| A 22-story high rise mixed use development for CMK. The building includes four floors of parking and ground level retail. The building’s structural system includes 9” post-tensioned concrete floors with shear rails. The columns are cast-in-place concrete and located along the exterior, their size is 24”x40”. The core of the building is composed of concrete shear walls creating a typical bay that is 26’x30’. | |
