A 16-story high-rise mixed use development for CMK. The building includes four floors of parking and ground level retail. The building’s structural system includes 9" cast-in-place concrete floors, columns varied in size with the largest being 32"x32" and concrete shearwalls. The typical bay size is 18’x24’.
