| The project is a seven story mixed-use building. There is one existing level of below grade parking. The first two floors are existing commercial spaces that are being renovated. The existing roof level will become a new parking level that connects to the parking floors of the neighboring building. The new fourth floor is an outdoor terrace and the base for four, two story townhomes. The existing building is a concrete framed building with two way slabs. The new fourth floor will be framed in concrete and the townhomes will be steel framed with type-2 moment frames. | |
