| The project consists of new construction which will total approximately 56,000gsf and consists of full first and second floors and a partial third floor. The remainder of the roof at the third level is designed as a green roof with an option for future expansion of the third floor. The building is framed in structural steel and clad in masonry and a curtain wall system. The construction documents for the whole project team, including the architect, structural engineer, and MEP engineer, were done using a 3D Building Information Modeling (BIM) program. | ||
