The project is a 300,000 square foot, 14-story facility at the University of Pennsylvania with an attached 2-story conference/office area. The buildings house research laboratories, offices, and a conference center. The structure is steel framed with braced frames and moment frames. Design features included large atrium spaces, a roof level, glass enclosed faculty lounge and two connecting bridges to adjacent buildings.
