Addition of new passenger and freight elevator systems in the existing turn of the century brewhouse, which is listed on the National Register of Historic Buildings. The existing floors are a combination of reinforced concrete and cast iron beams and columns. New foundations and elevator pits were required as well as major openings through the existing floor systems for passage of the new elevators. The existing clock tower served as the new elevator machine room for one of the elevator banks. All new construction had to be strictly coordinated with the existing building functions.
