| The project consists of a new 650,000sf retail/office facility. The building contains a below grade concrete parking garage, two floors of steel framed retail space, and two floors of steel framed office space. The roof is also steel framed and has four large skylites and roof level penthouses. Moment frames are used for lateral resistance. The building has a large glass enclosed atrium area, framed with space trusses, at one of the building’s corners and extending the full height of the building. | |
