The project consists of a new two story, 34,700sf clubhouse and a new one story 3,000sf bathhouse. The lower level of the clubhouse houses locker facilities, the pro shop, cart and bag storage, offices, and storage/mechanical rooms. The upper level, framed with hollow-core pre-cast planks, houses the kitchen and banquet rooms, a grill and bar, and administrative offices. The roof is a series of hip roofs with a flat portion in the center of the building. The bathhouse houses locker rooms, a pool equipment room, concessions and offices. The bathhouse also has a series of hip roofs. The exterior cladding for both buildings is wood siding.
