The project consisted of a 40,000sf addition and the remodel of approximately 100,000sf of the existing facility. The addition design included a conference/training center, office space and a new two-story entrance vestibule. The project also involved the replacement of existing exterior walls with a new pre-cast concrete system, and provisions for new mechanical systems and mechanical rooms. Unique design features included phased construction techniques to allow continued occupancy and function during construction.
