| The project was comprised of major renovation to the existing E.E Roberts 1920’s vintage building. The original grandeur of the spaces was replicated after years of deterioration and neglect. Major design features included a glass and steel arched entrance canopy and the unique use of fiberglass and structural steel to replicate original cast iron moldings, many of which were missing or in a state of disrepair. The original wood framed building was analyzed and repaired or reinforced as required for new retail space floor loadings. | |
