The project consists of a new senior citizens center/office building. The structure is a one story building with sloped roofs.  Grade level square footage is approximately 13,000sf with a 1,000sf framed terrace. Taking advantage of the natural sloped site a 6,000sf walk-out basement is located beneath the multi-purpose room. The roof over the multi-purpose room is exposed laminated wood trusses. A 100 ft long site retaining wall was also required due to the existing slope of the site.
