The project consists of two building additions to the west building of the existing Winfield School, plus renovation work at both the east and west buildings. The building additions consist of a new, one and a half story band room addition and a new, two story 27,400 square foot classroom addition, with a single story administrative wing and commons area. The band room addition is an approximately 1,900 square foot column free space, with a curved exterior to fit in an existing building corner. The administration wing also has a curved exterior to provide an exciting and welcoming new front entrance to the school. |
