| Working closely with the Alderman and neighborhood organizations, the design of the Lakeview Collection bridges the need to bring back an urban vitality to this primary six-corner intersection while respecting the scale of the single family neighborhood to the north. Four-stories of Loft Residential units are provided over two-stories of Retail/ Health Club along Belmont and Ashland, creating a public landscaped plaza at the corner. Parking is provided in two-stories below grade allowing the dedication of a public park for the residents to the north. | |
