| The development is a set of two residential buildings. The project site is located on an 800 ft bluff overlooking the Mississippi River Each building is approximately 300,000 sf, and has twelve stories of condo units. There are four "pods" that make up each building. The connection of the two buildings encompasses the public spaces which includes a pool and outdoor terrace. The basement level contain underground parking. The structural system is a 10" post-tensioned slab with concrete shear walls and columns. The foundation system is drilled piers that bear on the solid limestone in the bluff. | |
