Completed in the Fall of 2013, the building is  a 113,000 gsf, mixed-use, 11-story building.  It has retail/office space on the first and second floors, with 9 floors of residential units above, and a roof terrace.  The structure is comprised of concrete columns and shear walls, and post-tensioned slabs.
