360 Market Square

LOCATION: Indianapolis, IN

360 Market Square is a 27 story, plus lower level, mixed-use residential tower in Indianapolis.  The building is approximately 635,000 gsf, and is founded on reinforced concrete auger-cast piles.

The ground floor has a 40,000 sf grocery space.  Parking levels 2 through 4, are framed with one-way post-tensioned concrete slabs supported by post-tensioned concrete beams.  The 5th level amenity deck has a pool, and is also framed with one-way post-tensioned concrete slabs and beams.

The typical residential tower slabs are curved into a bean-shaped configuration, and are 8” thick post-tensioned flat concrete slabs.  The lateral resisting system consists of two reinforced concrete stair cores, and a reinforced concrete elevator core.

The 27th level of the building is a mechanical level and is topped with a steel and light gauge framed crown.
