A sixteen story high-rise mixed-use development for CMK. The architectural design required that the structure be exposed concrete with a floor to floor glass window wall system connected directly to the structural elements. The building includes 4 floors of parking, 11 floors of residential units, and ground level retail. The building’s structural system includes 9″ cast-in-place concrete floor slabs bearing on concrete columns and shearwalls. The typical bay size is 18’x24′.

In 2004 the building received the Chicago Architecture Foundation Commercial Patron of the Year Award, as well as the AIA Chicago Chapter Honor Award for Distinguished Buildings. in 2006 it received the AIA National Multi-family Housing Award.

The building’s structural system includes 9" cast-in-place concrete floors, columns varied in size with the largest being 32"x32" and concrete shearwalls. The typical bay size is 18’x24’.
