A 40,000 sf addition and remodel of a 100,000 sf existing facility. The addition includes a conference/training center, office space and a two-story entrance vestibule. Existing exterior walls were replaced with a precast concrete system, and provisions were made for upgrades and replacement of mechanical systems and mechanical rooms. Phased construction techniques allowed for continuous occupancy and function during construction.
