The project consisted of major additions and renovations to the existing Lake Forest High School Campus.  Modifications included:

• Music Building Addition consisting of Choir Room, Band Room and Orchestra Room, plus practice and rehearsal areas.
• Student Commons addition
• New 3-story + lower level Classroom Wing plus new Student Dining and enclosed outdoor dining area
• New stair towers
• Media Center Renovation and mezzanine addition
• Major renovations to locker rooms, weight rooms and lower level P.E. rooms
• faculty dining relocation
• Major modifications to building circulation to improve traffic flow, way finding and ease of access
