Completed in the Spring of 2017, these two mixed-use towers stand 12 and 11 stories tall, with a total building area of approximately 255,000 gsf. The structures are comprised of concrete columns and shear walls, and post-tensioned slabs. An 8′ tall stone wall connects the two buildings; hiding a parking lot from public view.
