A senior center and town hall administration building. The 14,000 sq. ft. structure is one story with sloped roofs and a framed terrace. The roof over the multi-purpose room is exposed laminated wood trusses. A 6,000 sq. ft. walk-out basement, located beneath the multi-purpose room, takes advantage of the natural sloped site. There is also a 100-foot-long retaining wall to deal with the large slope of the site.
