1640 and 1664 are both mixed-use residential buildings with retail at the ground floor and basement parking.  Phase 1, the 6 story building, was completed in 2017. Phase 2, the 15 story tower, was completed in 2018.

Phase 2 connects to Phase 1 via the underground parking. The two buildings share a plaza over the parking area.  Special attention was given to designing the concrete plaza slab to accommodate heavy loading  for a fire truck access lane over the parking.  Other amenities include a fitness center, a swimming pool, balconies, terraces, and green roofs.  Both buildings have precast plank floors on steel frames over caissons.
