The building is a 29 story residential tower with a 4 story parking garage, and 6 three-story townhomes. The lower floors of the tower contain two-story units with interior stairwells, and private entrances at grade. On either side of the entry cul-de-sac are 3 three-story wood framed townhomes. With the concrete tower adjacent to these units, the townhomes are protected with a concrete slab cantilevering 12 feet over the first wood framed structures. The 4th floor of the tower and the parking garage contains 45,000 SF of amenity space, including a swimming pool, 1/8 mile running track and gym. At the 29th floor penthouse two 2,500 SF units flank an additional 5,000 SF of amenity space with a phenomenal view of the lake. The project is approximately 525,000 gsf. The buildings floor construction is a 7 ½” flat plate two-way post-tensioned slab, supported by concrete shearwalls and columns on auger cast deep foundations.
